Are lives pre-destined?

Destiny - the pre-determination of life events: Statement:  Life is tuned to two factors relating to the human being. Need and fruit of karma. Then there is nature of the human, a key factor for planning his destiny. Each life is thus so finely intertwined with others who are the supporting actors performing pre-planned roles to create the annals of time for the individual determined well beforehand. That is one aspect of the wonder of our merciful Creator. Explanation: First part means you always get what you need, and you always pay for your deeds which results in good or bad happening to you. Both supply and demand aspects are provided for every need and every karma in life. Being a rationalist, I am referring to the cause of all creation as Creator or Universality as I have done in my previous blog post. Become a “Pathfinder” – Create a Better and Fairer World                                                                             P Rajagopal Tampi Till about a year ago, AI was not on the blazing growth path it is today. The human process of decision making introduced flaws and biases into

In most countries, the rapidity of technological innovations has left the institution of many desirable concomitant regulatory safeguards lagging, in some cases due to complexity and lack of understanding of the issues involved and in others due to the lack of data, overlapping jurisdictions and many such hurdles. In all cases, the common refrain is the novelty and the rapidity of these changes.  How should India go about staying ahead of the curve and managing technology changes in a way that we encourage innovation and progress without compromising on our economic growth, security, independence and self-sufficiency? How will nations benefit by regulating technology companies? Regulati

A Governance Framework for AI Quality Testing in India   P Rajagopal Tampi Introduction The world has known peace and nation-based governance ever since the Peace (Treaty) of Westphalia, signed after the Habsburg’s lost the war in Europe in October 1648. It subjugated the power of religion, landlords and royalty to the powers of the State and introduced the concept of nations and national boundaries within which the sovereign governance of the state reigned supreme. The peace and order that we live our lives in is dependent majorly on the concepts of nation states, defined borders, and systems of governance and acceptance by the citizens of these structures. Over the last 300 years and more, Governments have been all powerful, legislating and executing with the judiciary delivering justice. This system works well with sufficient working legislation in place to safeguard the nation and its citizens’ interests against any mishap which can harm the citizens, their welfare, the n
